Krystal's Updated To Be Read Pile

I went on a bit of a book buying craze that I am both proud of and terrified of. I would like to think I could read this list in a month but I have a lot going on in the coming weeks so I doubt that will happen, but we shall see. And now, on to the books !!

Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell** I found out about this book through the booktube community and I was so excited to read it because it speaks to me on a spiritual level. Sort of. What proper fangirl hasn't been

obsessed with fanfiction and Harry Potter or something similar.

The Shadowhunter's Codex by Cassandra Clare and Joshua Lewis** Now I have been wanting to read this since I first heard about the idea and to tide me over until COHF comes out. And who wouldn't want to know more about the world of Shadowhunters and demons and everything else. I've looked through it and the illustrations alone are just gorgeous, so its worth the buy just by that alone.

Vampire Academy (Book One) by Richelle Mead ** I must confess that I had no desire to read this book until I saw the trailer for the movie and then I became sort of interested. I was fed up with the vampire craze after Twilight and I vowed never to get into something like that. But then the movie started getting hype every where and now its almost the release date and I just grabbed it so I could read it before I saw the movie.

World After by Susan Ee** Oh how I loved Angelfall. Now that is the proper way to do an angel story, with just a tad bit of romance thrown in for good measure. The first book left me in emotional turmoil and I'm eager to dive into this one

Panic by Lauren Oliver** My copy of this book is an ARC and it doesn't come out until next month but from what I have read about it, it seems to be about this county wide game for a graduating class called Panic. I look forward to this just because of the premise and because I adored the Delirium series.

The Darkest Minds, In Time, Never Fade by Alexandra Bracken** I know very little about this series, only that it is emotionally fantastic and that is good enough for me. The plot is about these kids who survived a sickness that others died from and they are left with special powers

The 5th Wave by Rick Yancy** Now I'm normally not into alien take over books but this one has been getting such rave review from booktubers that I just had to grab it. The main girl is apparently a real bad ass in this apocalyptic world and that's always a good thing
