I have just concluded my first ever viewing of BBC's Sherlock and decided to film my reaction to the end of the season 2 finale since it was requested of me. I had been forewarned that it was highly emotional and beyond the intensity of anything I had ever watched before. But even with that in mind, I still set out not quite prepared to deal with what happened in The Reichenbach Fall. Now I understand what the blow up over tumblr was about because I am now experiencing it too. I'm already anxious for the new season and I will only have to wait a short time. I feel bad for the people who were watching this show when it first aired and had to wait all this time to get resolution. After watching an episode like that, I can't imagine waiting 2 years for the continuation. It's torture I tell you !
I understand your pain.

I love this show. I have been a fan of Sherlock Holmes since I was a kid. Sherlock is one of the few shows that does the character justice. I can't wait for season 3 to make it to the US. I'm one of those people who had to wait 2 years.

I'm both mad and glad I got into this show. Glad because it is so wonderful but also mad because it's so freaking intense and hard on the heart. But like I said, the plus side is that I haven't had to wait the years like the ppl who have been watching since it first started
ReplyDeleteSherlock is FANTASTIC and Reichenbach Falls is pretty heartbreaking. My friends and I sit around for hours coming up with crazy theories (and sometimes posting them on the internet). I'm glad you loved it, but sorry you had to go through Reichenbach (I feel your pain)
